That is the verified blank. Four things! What it is NOT is a complete kit, and we don't call it one (words do count in this place). The blank also doesn't include an extra spare refill, something to remember before you assume a backup is hiding away somewhere. And the decorative parts? The beads, the spacers, the focal pieces, the toppers. All selected individually. You choose the character. The blank just gives you the base to personalize. That's it.
