Understanding Pony Bead Measurements
Check the order of the dimensions
Some shoppers search beads 9mm , while others look for pony beads 9mm. These phrases may refer to a single outside measurement, but the product may also have a separate width, height and hole size.
Compare two-number sizes
6mm x 9mm pony beads describe a product with two listed outside dimensions rather than a simple round diameter. Check which number represents width, height or length, then compare the hole size with the selected cord or elastic.
